Amanda Browne is a Chartered MCIPD HR professional with 27 years' experience, working across major global organisations and SMEs.
A significant part of Amanda's career has been within technology and telecommunications, working with and leading HR teams within global organisations including Vodafone, Hewlett Packard and Oracle.
In recent years, Amanda's focus has increasingly centred on Transformation and Change, advising Boards, executives and senior stakeholders through organisational change and helping businesses remain agile, competitive and adaptable.
Amanda is also a qualified Psychometric Practitioner, bringing additional insight to leadership development, individual performance and team dynamics.
